The MNOA has contracted with Community Relations, Inc., a professional fundraising company, to assist with a fundraising campaign. The proceeds from the campaign will allow the MNOA to provide better training for Missouri Police Officers and provide a higher level of law enforcement services to the State of Missouri citizens.
